Canon releases Service Notice on EOS 7D dSLR
Canon releases a Service Notice for the EOS 7D DSLR. It has turned out that images captured by continuous shooting, under certain conditions may show barely noticeable traces of the immediately preceding frame. This problem is not noticeable in an image with optimal exposure, but becomes more noticeable if a retouching process such as level compensation is applied to emphasize the image. Canon is currently investigating the problem and will release a firmware update to address this issue…
